Day1 Arrival Chennai (Madras) Traditional welcome by our representative, who will then take you to the hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day2 Chennai-Mahabalipuram-Chennai : The Day-02 of your South India Tour is marked to visit Mahabalipuram, which is 64 kilometers from Chennai. Mahabalipuram is a beautiful destination that offers an array of pleasant travel experiences. You can stroll down the beach and visit ancient caves. It is a beautiful architectural sight that has the Shore Temple, Arjuna’s Penance and Krishna Mandapam. Overnight at hotel.
Day3 Chennai-Mysore : Head to Mysore by train. After arrival check in at the hotel. Mysore is located at a height of 770 m above sea level. Mysore is a popular tourist attraction in Karnataka. On your tour of Mysore you visit various tourist places, which include the Mysore Palace, Chamundeswari Temple and other popular tourist spots. A tour of Devraj Fruit and Vegetable market is another highlight of your stay in Mysore. Overnight at hotel.
Day4 Mysore-Bangalore-Cochin : On your way to Cochin you pass through Bangalore and board a flight to Cochin. After arrival check in at the hotel. The older parts of the Fort Cochin area reflect the bygone days of Cochin. The area reminds of the Dutch, Portugal and English who used live here. Day5 Cochin-Alleppey-Houseboat : After breakfast, proceed to the heart of Kerala’s backwaters destination at Alleppey, which is about 45 kilometers away. Board a houseboat. The houseboat takes you on a cruise tour and crisscrosses its way through various narrow canals and backwaters. The houseboats are fully equipped with all the modern facilities and you get to enjoy all the modern amenities. You spend your day in cruising along the backwaters of Kerala. Overnight onboard houseboat.
Day6 Houseboat-Kumarakom : You disembark from the houseboat and check in at the hotel at Kumarakom. Kumarakom is an idyllic tourist destination that offers tranquility and peace to a traveler. Enjoy the great views and fine hospitality of your hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day7 Kumarakom-Cochin : Bade good-bye to Kumarakom and proceed to Cochin, where you catch a flight to back home from Cochin airport.
